Welcome

Anxiety, Self-Doubt, & Relationship Challenges

can leave life feeling overwhelming. I help people break free from these patterns, build confidence, and create more meaningful connections with themselves and others.

In therapy, you’ll find a supportive, collaborative space where your experiences are honored and your strengths are amplified. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies, foster self-compassion, and create lasting change.

My approach is strengths-based and relational: I help you access the tools and insight you already have, guiding you toward clarity, resilience, and the life you want to live..

About Me

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State, with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. I’ve spent over ten years supporting children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families in both community mental health and private practice settings.

I’ve trained in a variety of approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Systems Theory, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping). This range allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs, combining evidence-based tools with a compassionate, collaborative approach.

My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to access your own strengths for meaningful change.
